Shipping & Returns

United States only. No international shipping at this time.

- Overseas brand partners: 5–10 business days after shipment

- Intimate apparel: Final sale — no returns or exchanges
- Non-intimate items: 7 days from delivery
Shipping
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time — check back as we continue to grow.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Delivery Estimates
- U.S.-stocked items (fulfilled by our domestic partners): approximately 2–5 business days after shipment.
- Overseas brand partner items (including some Axami, Gossard, Conturelle, Dominique, and other international labels): approximately 5–10 business days after shipment.
- Items dispatched from Canada or the EU typically also arrive within the 5–10 business-day window.
Split Shipments
If your order contains items from more than one brand partner or fulfilment facility, you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, origin, destination, and any applicable promotions. The exact cost will be displayed before you confirm payment.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also visit our FAQ page or contact us if you have questions about your delivery status.
Returns & Refunds
All intimate apparel is strictly final sale. For the health, hygiene, and safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of the following — regardless of whether they have been worn:
- Panties, thongs, briefs, boyshorts, hipsters
- Lingerie sets (bra + brief combinations)
- Bodysuits and playsuits
- Swimwear (tops and bottoms)
- Hosiery, stockings, and garter belts
- Nightwear and robes (once removed from packaging)
- Any item marked Final Sale on its product page
No exceptions. This policy exists to protect every customer who shops with us. If you are unsure about sizing or fit, please contact us before ordering — we are happy to help you choose the right size.
What Can Be Returned
The only items eligible for return are non-intimate accessories (such as non-intimate outerwear or accessories where explicitly stated on the product page), provided they meet all of the following conditions:
- Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Item is not from the intimate/hygiene categories listed above
- Item is not marked Final Sale
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind or fit (eligible items only): return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we will cover the return or replacement shipping in full.
How to Start a Return (Eligible Items Only)
- Email contactus@spicycharm.com or text (424) 241-0418 within your return window, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will respond with a return authorisation (RMA), instructions, and the correct return address — this may vary by brand partner.
- Ship the item using a trackable service and send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return.
Returns sent without prior authorisation or to an incorrect address will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not hold stock for exchanges. For the fastest resolution, place a new order for the correct item and return the original (if eligible) following the steps above.
